Your homeowner account includes one property and a generous 500MB file upload limit completely free of charge. There are no hidden trial periods or surprise paywalls for core features.
If you eventually require more storage or want to manage multiple properties, we offer seamless paid upgrades to accommodate those extended needs.
Is my data actually safe?
We treat your property records with the same rigor as financial data. Huzzeno utilizes AES-256 bank-level encryption to keep your documents under digital lock and key.
Furthermore, we operate in strict compliance with GDPR regulations. Your home’s records are strictly for your eyes only, and those of the specific individuals you explicitly authorize via our custom user roles.
What happens if I decide to sell my house?
When you are ready to move, you can digitally "hand over the keys" by transferring the property’s entire verified history directly to the new owner.

How come it is free, you must be selling my data then?
We categorically do not harvest, share, or sell any of your personal data to any third party. Our consumer platform is subsidized by our B2B offering, Huzzeno Pro. We sell a premium suite of property management tools to medium-sized businesses and contractors. Their subscriptions keep the lights on and the servers running, allowing us to offer the core Huzzeno platform to standard homeowners completely free of charge.
